Dear Chefs and Restaurateurs,
This year marks the 5th Annual Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience in the New Orleans Convention Center. This premier cooking competition takes place Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The winner will have the prestigious honor of representing Louisiana in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans August 11, 2012. If you fit the requirements below, please fill out the entry form, tell us why you love Louisiana seafood and mail, fax or e-mail it back to Ashley Roth by April 2.
