Another Broken Egg Cafe and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board are partnering to promote the restaurant chain’s use of Louisiana seafood in its expanding menu at locations throughout the nation. According to a news release, roughly 65 Another Broken Egg Cafes around the U.S. will sell Louisiana shrimp and crawfish. The agreement also applies to the 80 new cafes the chain has in development. The agreement was announced at the grand opening today of Another Broken Egg Cafe’s new downtown Baton Rouge location at 555 Lafayette St.
