Chef Scott Ricci
2020 Baton Rouge Drago's Seafood Restaurant

Born in New Orleans and raised in Pennsylvania, Scott spent many days with his grandparents cooking, which started his passion for food and hospitality.  He has spent over 3 decades following his passion and dreams within the Industry.  He started his career working for Disney, before moving back to Louisiana after marrying his wife, Michelle.   Scott has worked for many different industry leaders in a multitude of positions, having held the titles of Managing Partner, Director of Food and Beverage, and Director of Operations.   He turned those opportunities into working with Chef John Folse as his General Manager.  After four years of working and learning from Chef Folse, he had the amazing opportunity to join one of the foremost industry leaders, Tommy Cvitanovich, and the Drago’s family as the General Manager of the Baton Rouge location.  Hospitality has always been Scott’s lifelong passion and he believes that this passion has to come from the heart, because it's not just a job, it’s a way of life.
