West Indies Crab Salad

Ingredients

    1 lb Jumbo lump Louisiana Crabmeat
    1 tbsp diced onion
    1/4 cup corn oil
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
    1 tsp white sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let set overnight. Serve chilled.
